Why are my eyes always watering?
Paradoxically, watering is a common dry-eye symptom — the eye over-produces poor-quality tears to compensate for dryness. We find the underlying cause rather than just wetting the eye.
What helps dry eyes from screen use?
Regular breaks (the 20-20-20 rule), blinking consciously, using prescribed lubricating drops, and treating any inflammation. If symptoms persist, we assess tear quality and eyelid gland function.
