HOW WE PUBLISH

Editorial Policy

The standards used to keep clinic and eye-care information accurate, useful and transparent.

Who the content is for

Rana Eye Centre publishes plain-language information for patients and families who want to understand the clinic, its doctors, common eye conditions and what a consultation may involve. Content is written to inform, not to pressure a reader into treatment.

Sources and clinical review

Service information is based on the clinic's published services, equipment, doctor qualifications and patient-care process. A named medical reviewer and review date are displayed only after that clinician has checked the page. Claims without a confirmed source or clinical approval are not added merely to target a keyword.

Accuracy and updates

  • Contact details, opening hours and empanelments are checked with the clinic before material updates.
  • Medical pages are reviewed after a substantial service change and on a planned periodic cycle.
  • Outdated statements are corrected in the page content and structured data together.
  • Images showing patients are used only when publication permission has been confirmed.

Reviews, ratings and commercial influence

Patient quotations and dates should be published only when they can be verified against their source and represented faithfully. The clinic does not buy rankings, fabricate reviews, hide material conflicts or publish treatment claims in exchange for backlinks.

Corrections

To report a factual concern, email ranaeyecentre@gmail.com with the page address and the information that needs review. The clinic will assess the source and update the page where a correction is warranted.
