Information you choose to share

The online appointment form sends the patient name, optional age, phone number, chosen doctor, date, time and consent choice to Rana Eye Centre’s private booking system. The clinic stores this information to reserve the appointment, prevent double-booking, maintain administrative records and send the updates you agreed to receive.

One phone number may be linked to more than one family member. The public form never displays existing patient profiles from a phone-number lookup. During the pilot, the form does not use a one-time password, so please check the phone number carefully before submitting.

If you call, email, message or visit the clinic, the clinic may use the information you provide to respond, arrange care and maintain appropriate clinical or administrative records.

Website analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled. If you decline, the analytics script is not loaded.

Your choice is stored in your browser under rec_analytics_consent. You can reopen Analytics settings from the footer and change the choice at any time.

• Page paths and general website interactions.
• Clicks on phone, WhatsApp, directions and appointment actions. Appointment form values are not included in analytics events.
• No appointment notes, names or phone numbers are sent as analytics event parameters.

Third-party services

The website uses Google Fonts, an embedded Google Map and links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. Those providers may receive technical information when their content is requested or when you follow a link. Hosting systems may also retain standard security and access logs.
